If your problem needs urgent attention our Operations team will contact you as soon as possible following notification of your problem. They will assess the situation, give advice about how to reduce the risk and let you know when they can visit to resolve your problem. A charge will be made if your problem is not covered under warranty. In this case, you will be told the value of the charge and no work will be actioned without your prior approval.
For a non-urgent problem, once the form and any photographic evidence has been received our Operations team will examine your problem at their next meeting. They will make a decision about what action is needed to resolve your problem and communicate the outcome to you within 7 days. They will arrange a convenient date to undertake the work. A charge will be made if your problem is not covered under warranty. In this case, you will be told the value of the charge and no work will be actioned without your prior approval.
