Position: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Central London & South East
Salary: Great Basic, Competitive & Uncapped Bonus Structure

Reporting to: Sales Director

ESP Play is a long-established manufacturer of outdoor playground equipment for Schools. Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Area Sales Manager to cover London and the South East.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the successful delivery of revenue and profitability targets within your territory.
  • To maximize opportunities to develop business from existing customers and new customers.
  • Undertake site surveys to determine measurements, access, existing ground conditions and take photographs of sites to aid the design and estimating department
  • Working closely with all departments including marketing, design, estimating, account management and operations to ensure the highest levels of customer service are provided. You must grow and develop your territory, maximising profitability each trading year
  • Liaise closely with your Sales Co-ordinator who will work exclusively with you to develop your territory, offering admin support, booking appointments and communication with customers.
  • Leads will be generated for you through a comprehensive marketing strategy.
  • Work on localised marketing campaigns with the marketing department to maximise opportunities.

 

What skills do you require to be the successful candidate?

  • Experience of selling playground equipment to schools
  • An ambitious team player who is passionate about developing the brand ‘ESP Play’
  • Good attention to detail
  • A constructive and ‘can do’ attitude with a drive to succeed but is customer focused
  • Results orientated and driven by achieve financial bonuses
  • High levels of customer service and the ability to respond to customers’ needs
  • Highly organised with strong IT and administrative skills
