About the Product

This piece of science play equipment for schools is designed to allow children to interact with the Science curriculum in an investigative manner outdoors. Our Discovery Planter gives children the opportunity to experience first-hand the key elements of the growth of any plant or vegetable.

This product comprises of a wooden planter and includes:

4 perspex clear cylinders designed to collect natural rain water
A clear perpex side and a plastic ruler to allow children to measure the root depths and a shaded section to demonstrate to importance of sunlight in the growing process.

It provides children with the perfect facility to experiment with growing their own flowers, vegetables and herbs with firm learning outcomes from the process. It also comes with two blackboard panels, two dry wipe panels to record and gather data and monitor their plants progress.
