The Multi-skills Pathway

ESP CPD adopts a developmental approach in understanding the likely progression of children through stages of movement competency. We characterise this development by considering a child’s movement in terms of the progression from fundamental movement skills to complex phrases of movement and then onto functional movement within specific sports.
