Once again ESP’s CPD team showed their versatility in supporting teacher’s professional development when they delivered the whole of Scarborough SSP’s recent PE and sport conference. The day started with ESP’s Head of Education presenting a keynote on the usefulness of multi-skills by asking what are multi-skills, when do we use them and why do we use them?
Richard Tremere (Head of CPD) and Scott Benton (Lead Trainer) developed these notions further in their delivery of practical workshops on cross-curricular approaches to multi-skills and adapting multi-skills. These sessions were very different in that the markings featured on the
"Famous Five" were replicated on the beach and used as the training venue. The afternoon concentrated on assessing multi-skills and rounded off an excellent day on the beach.
