National Accounts Manager
Purpose of the role:
An exciting opportunity has become available to join ESP Ltd. ESP Ltd provides a one-stop shop solution to the design, installation and support for the outdoor spaces within Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Special Needs schools throughout the UK.
ESP Ltd is an exciting and rapidly growing business that has a fantastic reputation for delivering a range of sustainable improvements in schools. ESP work in partnership with a range of National Governing bodies for Sport including the Football Association, Cricket Foundation, Rugby Football League as well as a host of Premier League football clubs in promoting high quality physical activity opportunities through schools and the community for children aged 3 to 16.
Due to ongoing commitment to existing accounts we are currently seeking a National Account Manager to handle in excess of £5 million worth of existing business annually.
As a National Account Manager you will manage a group of 5 major accounts worth in excess of £5 million annually and a group of key accounts worth a similar value. Working as part of a small team you will seek to grow revenue through seeking opportunities of increased investment. This will be achieved through demonstrating added value and through the cross-sell and up-sell of a full portfolio of products and services.
The role will be supported with a full modular training programme, which provides global commercial development and a full understanding and appreciation of how all departments operate within the business. The training programme provides a structured pathway for career progression to senior management level.
Performance Measures:
You will be confident, driven, proactive and committed to joining a professional organisation. You will also have excellent/first class communication and presentation skills, a broad business understanding, high levels of self motivation and the ability to captivate and install confidence at every level.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and posses a minimum of 2-3 years previous national sales experience from within the B2B arena.

Trainee Playground Designer
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Playground Designer within a busy design department. Candidates must have a basic working knowledge of the following graphic design software packages:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Indesign
- Microsoft Office
The position will involve all aspects of designing / planning playgrounds for children of various ages. In addition to the ability to work well as part of a team, good communication and mathematical skills are required.

Construction Operative
Hours - 45 PER WEEK, MONDAY-FRIDAY, 8AM-5.30PM, PERMANENT
Wage - £5.05-£8.00 PER HOUR DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

Based in Burnley, you will be working with a team of professionals, travelling the UK installing playground markings, wooden furniture, safety surfacing and equipment.
A current driving licence is essential and further benefits/opportunities include promotion to Team Leader, company vehicle, pension scheme and bonus incentives.
