We are now looking to add to our very successful sales department. The successful candidate will have and a natural affinity for rapport building at all levels whilst be able to effectively manage the sales and marketing effort to a range of clients within a designated area of the UK. Experience in sales would be an advantage but not a necessity.
The role will be supported with a full modular training programme, which provides global commercial development and a full understanding and appreciation of how all departments operate within the business. The training programme provides a structured pathway for career progression and professional development.
Person Specification:
Experience in the market place is an advantage but not essential.
Excellent telephone manner.
Well-developed IT and presentation skills.
Excellent personal presence.
The ambition and drive to ensure the successful implementation of the Company’s strategic plans.
Good working knowledge of MS Outlook, ACT or similar CRM software, Excel and Word.
Personal Skills and Attributes:
Requirement of strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
Good organisation and ability to prioritise.
Self-motivated and a good team player.
Flexibility to meet the company’s sales requirements.
