Position: Regional Development Manager

Purpose of the Role:

We are now looking to add to our very successful sales team. The successful candidate will have and a natural affinity for rapport building at all levels whilst be able to effectively manage the sales and marketing effort to a range of clients within a designated area of the UK.

The role will be supported with a full training programme, which provides global commercial development and a full understanding and appreciation of how to work effectively in our market place.

Person Specification:

  • Experience in the market place is an advantage but not essential.
  • Good level of negotiation skills

Position: Management Trainee

Purpose of the Role:

An opportunity has arisen to join the ESP Management Trainee Programme.  This successful trainee programme introduces ambitious individuals in to a strategic based organisation with a five year growth plan for the business.

Position : Team Leader

Purpose of the Role:

We are looking to recruit an experienced and ambitious construction worker for the position of team leader.

You will be leading a team on national projects and expected to deliver installations on construction projects on time and in full on a weekly basis. Willingness to travel is essential along with the flexibility to be able to stay away from home during the normal working week as and when required.

Position : Operative

An opportunity has arisen for become an operative working directly for one of our Team Leaders.  This can be an immediate start working on installation projects nationally.

You will be working as part of a team on national projects and expected to deliver installations on construction projects on time and in full on a weekly basis. Willingness to travel is essential along with the flexibility to be able to stay away from home during the normal working week as and when required.
