About Us

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce our company ESP (Education and Special Projects Limited). We specialise in playground equipment, playground design, playground installation and CPD support and recognise it as a context to deliver improvements across the whole school and community.

We deliver our concept and design playground equipment appropriate for Early Years, Primary, Secondary, SEN schools and Community settings throughout both the UK and Internationally.  This is supported by nationally accredited CPD training awards which sustains the use of our concept. All of our playground equipment, products and services have been designed as developmentally appropriate interventions and focus very closely on the correct ages and stages of a child’s development.

Our concept has been tested by a number of Independent Universities who confirm that our concept delivers proven increases in;

Ofsted makes very clear that learning outside the classroom, in all its forms, significantly raises standards and achievement and enhances young people’s motivation and levels of interest, providing real, exciting and enjoyable contexts in which they can respond, behave and learn well.

Ofsted recommend that schools should ensure that their curriculum planning includes sufficient well structured opportunities for all learners to engage in learning outside the classroom as a key, integrated element of their experience.

Our CPD and teacher training department has a wide range of national expertise and is responsible for supporting all of our playground equipment and services, making them relevant and purposeful to the national curriculum. This ensures that every school working in partnership with ESP delivers sustainable change.
